Saturdays In Irvine at the Atomic Ballroom. There is a class at 11am-11:45 for all levels. Afterwards, there is a second session at 11:45-12:30 for more intermediate/advanced level dancers who want to learn to perform: I recommend that dancers staying for second level take the first session at 11 as well. It is not recommended that you skip the first half of class.These classes at Atomic Ballroom are large group classes and the studio charges $10-$15 per class depending on how many classes you purchase. The classes are each 45 minutes long. I always invite people to try a free class so you are welcome to come any Sat so you can get an idea of my style of belly dancing and teaching methods. All of my classes are taught in a non-commitment sort of fashion because I don't believe it is necessary to come to class every week in order to learn. You don't need to sign up for more than one class at a time, but if you purchase 10 classes for $100 you can come any Sat over a period of 6 months I believe, but you will have to check with the studio to be sure. Orange Ballroom: The Classes at the Orange Ballroom are set up differently. Here is the Address. 665 North Tustin Street, Orange CA. At this studio I am having short workshops of 90 minutes for $25 each class that must be paid in advance with a max of 6-8 students per class so I can give special attention to everyone who is there that day. It will be mixed levels and I will be teaching at an accelerated pace. I will not skip the basics. I have secrets that I would like to share with my students so they will be able to look professional with minimal time spent attending classes. I will give everyone a written hand out to practice at home so regardless if they come every week the class will benefit each student and help them reach their full potential. The first hour will be spent learning my favorite combinations that can be done to a variety of music. Students will learn to transition gracefully so they look sexy no matter what song is playing. We will even use some hip hop songs with belly dance rhythms so you will look hot dancing at clubs and family parties. I recommend at least 2-4 classes for maximum benefits but there is no commitment required. The last 30 minutes will be designed to teach students how to make up exciting choreography to perform.
